Responsibilities:
- to manage the set up of all our Bingo and Casino products across all brands.
- to help design and execute cost effective promotions aimed at acquiring, reactivating and retaining players
- to analyse products and promotions activity and work on optimising these according to strategies
- to ensure we have solid reporting mechanisms and management information
- to ensure robust strategies and processes are in place and best working practices are being maintained

Customer Support - Czech
European Licensed online gaming operator rapidly expanding within the European Market is looking for a candidate for the job of Czech customer Support Country Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, extremely courteous and polite and will understand above all the importance of assisting all customer queries from beginning to end.
- Tasks and responsibilities: Working closely with the support team and the marketing team the ideal candidate will manage support queries through the gaming website, on email and over the phone. The key tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Responding to all customer queries quickly and efficiently
- Managing support and implementation of promotions and competitions
- Assisting and solving any player problems
- Constantly ensuring a positive tone and manner with players
- Writing newsletters to costumers
- Written translation (English to Czech)
- Required:
- Valid Work permit for EU
- Fluent Czech (written and verbal)
- Basic English
- Resident or relocation to Palma, Mallorca is a must.
- Age: Between 21-35 years of age
- Experience Min.:
- Regular internet usage, Microsoft Office products, email (MS Outlook)
- Some gaming experience would be useful but is not a requirement
- Strong people skills
- Recent university graduates will be considered

WEB DESIGNER JUNIOR
We are looking for an organised, efficient and creative person with ample knowledge and experience in Web page design for our Design department in Palma de Mallorca to design banners, information bulletins, mail shots, “Flash” banners and HTML Page Layout.
All candidates should have a minimum of 1 years experience in the same situation. We are looking for team motivated enterprising professionals, with a positive attitude, who can work under pressure.
